Ortsgruppenleiter Greatcoat with the rank tabs of a Obergemeinschaftsleiter. RZM issue coat with tag still on inside pocket. This is the only Ortsgruppe level greatcoat I have ever owned, these are harder to find than the other levels.

I just took this back in trade and was happy to get it back!
