C-78 in the Colbert-Hyder book. Front has bust of Hitler facing left with the surrounding inscription, "Der Fuhrer und Reichskanzler Adolf Hitler", "The Leader and Chancellor-Adolf Hitler". Reverse has swastika in circle and oak leaves, with the lower half of the medal blank for engraving.

Struck in silver, 51mm. Presumed to have been struck by B.H. Mayer. Some rough places around edges.
